Artwork purchased through Kodomo Art includes
a non-exclusive license granted to the buyer.
Permitted Uses
Use on websites, social media, advertisements, flyers, posters,
videos, product packaging, in-store displays, and similar materials.
Both personal and commercial use are permitted.
Prohibited Uses
You may not sell, redistribute, or share
the purchased image file itself as standalone source material.
You may not make the original file publicly available for unrestricted download.
You may not use the artwork to harass, defame, or demean the creator or child.
Copyright
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership to the buyer.
Copyright generally remains with the creator.
Non-Exclusive License
The same artwork may be purchased and used by multiple buyers.
No exclusive-use rights are included.
