Kodomo Art is a service for publishing and selling artwork created by children under the supervision and management of a parent or legal guardian.
Each artwork download costs ¥500. For each completed sale, ¥350 is allocated as the seller reward, and ¥150 is retained as the platform service fee.
Artwork submissions and reward collection procedures must generally be handled by the child’s parent, legal guardian, or another person with lawful authority.
Copyright in the artwork generally remains with the creator. Kodomo Art does not acquire copyright ownership of submitted artwork.
Buyers may use purchased artwork for both personal and commercial purposes. However, the artwork file itself may not be resold, redistributed, or transferred as standalone source material.
Artwork that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other rights, unauthorized use of existing characters or corporate logos, and illegal or inappropriate submissions are prohibited.
Submitted artwork may be reviewed by the operator, and if it is considered unsuitable for publication, publication may be refused or suspended.
Except where liability is required by applicable law, the operator will not assume liability beyond a reasonable scope for damages arising from use of the service.
